Partially Examined Book: Title Reveal

February 21, 2024 by Chris Sunami 1 Comment

Hello PEL fans, it’s time for the Title Reveal for our upcoming book. We went back and forth on the title for a while, but I wanted something that paid tribute to the special relationship between you, the fans, and the podcast. After all, if it wasn’t for you guys asking for it, we would never have put this project together.

Partially Examined! 15 Years with Your Favorite Philosophy Podcasters

Please comment below and let us know if you like the title, and whether or not we should keep the exclamation mark (!)

Speaking of “marks,” here’s a little bonus content for you guys–a picture of young Mark! Handsome devil, wasn’t he? What do you think, should we put this one in the book?

Remember, click through to this form to nominate yourself for an advance review copy, to sign up for info about the book as we get closer to release, or just to share your thoughts. https://forms.gle/H4KTCAp6ghFFF7Gk7

I think it’s great. Including the ‘!’, though I don’t know if punctuation could have unintended effects, in certain databases for example.

About The Partially Examined Life

The Partially Examined Life is a philosophy podcast by some guys who were at one point set on doing philosophy for a living but then thought better of it. Each episode, we pick a text and chat about it with some balance between insight and flippancy. You don’t have to know any philosophy, or even to have read the text we’re talking about to (mostly) follow and (hopefully) enjoy the discussion
