Your membership was set up through our old card processor, and this site can no longer update cards for it. Rather than patch the old system, we’ve moved memberships to Patreon. The tiers are the same: $7 a month or $70 a year, with every Citizen edition, the full back catalogue, ad-free feeds and the bonus discussions.
After you join, set up the Citizen feed again. Your old feed link won’t carry over. Patreon explains how to find your personal audio RSS link here, and our walkthrough for adding it to your podcast app is here.
Your old billing. Once you’ve moved, let us know (or just reply to the email that brought you here) and we’ll cancel the old card billing, so you won’t get any more decline notices from it.
